Question 1. How to proceed in case of theft / loss of the SIM card / cards?

The user should as soon as possible after the establishment of the lost/ stolen SIM card to call GLOBUL’s Customers Services centre, 123 (089 123) and within 48 hours to confirm in writing their desire to stop the access of stolen/ lost SIM card. In such cases the lost/stolen SIM card has to be replaced. Upon theft, loss or any other reason for a SIM card to be replaced, the price of the new SIM card is 12 BGN (VAT included). The user is responsible for payment of all services used till the time of notification.
